If you call 911 with a medical emergency you will likely have 6 people in your bedroom with perhaps only two who have the proper training and the proper equipment to be of any real value. The taxpayer’s first impression is WOW!! 6 people came to help. But given some time to reflect, generally folks will say, why did we need so many people when only a couple seemed to be performing the service?
